Daiquiri Joe LLC ("Daiquiri Joe," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect on daiquirijoe.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
Information you give us directly. If you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and whatever message you send us. If you join our email list ("the Krewe"), we collect your email address. If you place an order once online checkout is available, order and shipping details (name, shipping address, email, and order contents) are collected to fulfill your purchase.
Payment information. We do not store your credit card number or full payment details ourselves. Orders are processed through Shopify, our ecommerce and payments provider, which handles payment data directly under its own security standards and privacy practices.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use analytics tools (currently Google Analytics) that automatically collect information such as your approximate location, browser and device type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the Site. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies and does not identify you by name.

You can unsubscribe from Krewe marketing emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email, or by contacting us directly. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics tracking across all websites using Google's browser add-on.
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we collect, but no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. We can't guarantee absolute security, and any information you send us is sent at your own risk.
Our products are non-alcoholic, but the Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we'll remove it.
Our Site may link to other websites, including Instagram, TikTok, and our payment provider. We aren't responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third-party sites, so we encourage you to review their own privacy policies.
