These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of daiquirijoe.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Daiquiri Joe LLC ("Daiquiri Joe," "we," "us," or "our"). By browsing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
Daiquiri Joe mixes are 100% non-alcoholic — real fruit juice, no alcohol added, no liquor license required to sell or ship them. If you choose to add your own rum, tequila, or vodka at home, that's entirely your decision and your responsibility, and you're responsible for complying with the alcohol laws in your own state or locality, including any minimum age requirements.
You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only. Please don't attempt to scrape or systematically extract data from the Site, interfere with its security or normal operation, or use it in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it. The Site is not directed at children, and by using it you confirm you're at least 18 years old or are using it with a parent or guardian's permission.
We do our best to describe and price our products accurately, but we don't guarantee that product descriptions, images, or pricing are always error-free, complete, or current. We may correct errors, update pricing, or change product availability at any time without notice, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse an order.
Orders placed through the Site are processed through Shopify, our ecommerce and payments provider. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars, and applicable sales tax is added at checkout. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment and shipping information you provide is accurate and that you're authorized to use the payment method provided.

The Daiquiri Joe name, logo, artwork, and all content on this Site — text, graphics, and design — belong to Daiquiri Joe LLC unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
The Site may link to third-party sites, including Instagram, TikTok, and our payment provider. We don't control and aren't responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third-party sites.
The Site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Site will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daiquiri Joe isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
